What should I measure before booking a bouncy castle?
Before confirming your Tring booking, measure the width, depth and height of the space where the inflatable will be positioned. The exact size of each unit is listed within All Products. In addition to the stated footprint, allow at least 4ft clearance at the front and rear and 2ft at either side. We also require a clear access route of around 3ft wide. The surface must be level, as inflatables cannot be set up on noticeable slopes.
Can you supply inflatables for indoor venues in Tring?
Yes, we regularly install bouncy castles in halls and community centres. If ceiling height is restricted, browse our Low Height Under 9ft or Indoor Inflatables categories. Always confirm the venue’s ceiling height and access arrangements before booking.
What types of bouncy castles are available?

How do I place a booking?
You can book directly online at any time. If you would prefer to confirm availability first, call us on 07759 302704. Alternatively, send your event details through the Contact Us page and we will respond with confirmation and delivery arrangements.
When will you deliver and collect in Tring?
Most deliveries take place between 8am and 12 noon, depending on the schedule for the day. Collection is usually arranged between 5pm and 7pm, giving you the inflatable for the full afternoon. If your venue has fixed access times, please let us know when booking.
What does the hire price include?
Your hire fee includes delivery, full setup, secure anchoring, inflation and collection. We provide the blower, extension leads, RCD protection and safety mats where required. Clear operating guidance is supplied so the inflatable can be supervised appropriately.
What do I need to provide on the day?
You must have access to a standard 240v mains power supply within 30 metres of the setup location. The area should be cleared of furniture, toys, sharp objects and pet waste before our arrival. Two forms of identification, such as a driving licence and a utility bill, are required as part of the hire agreement.
Is a deposit required and how do payments work?
We do not usually require a deposit. Payment is typically made on delivery in cash, or by debit or credit card via PayPal. If you choose to pay by cheque, it must reach us at least five working days before your event so funds can clear. Cheques cannot be accepted on the day.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Most of our inflatables are fitted with built-in shower covers, so light rain is often manageable. However, they must not be used in heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions. If poor weather is forecast, you may cancel before delivery without charge. Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, the full hire fee becomes payable.
Are your inflatables insured and safety tested?
All of our equipment is regularly maintained, fully safety certified and covered by public liability insurance. We take care to install each unit correctly and provide clear safety instructions with every hire.
Do you deliver to nearby towns as well?
Yes, alongside Tring we also cover surrounding areas including Harpenden, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. If you are unsure whether your postcode is within our delivery area, contact us and we will confirm availability.
