How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your Banbury event as soon as you have a confirmed date and venue, particularly for summer weekends and school holidays. How long does the hire last on the day?
For most Banbury parties, we deliver and set up in the morning between 8am and 12 noon. Collection usually takes place later that afternoon or early evening, typically between 5pm and 7pm. If you require slightly adjusted timings, let us know at the time of booking and we will confirm what is possible.
What is included in the hire price?
Your quoted price includes delivery, full setup, secure anchoring, inflation, and collection after your event. We provide the blower, extension leads, RCD protection, safety mats and operating instructions. Everything required for safe operation is supplied by us, apart from a suitable mains power source.
What do I need to provide at my Banbury venue?
You will need access to a standard 240v mains electricity supply within 30 metres of where the inflatable will be positioned. The setup area must be clear, level and free from debris, garden furniture and pet waste. We also require two forms of identification, such as a driving licence and a utility bill, as part of the hire agreement.
How much space is required for setup?
In addition to the footprint shown on each product page within All Products, please allow at least 4ft clearance at the front and rear of the inflatable and 2ft on either side. A clear access route of approximately 3ft wide is needed so we can transport the equipment safely to your garden or venue hall. Castles cannot be installed on noticeable slopes, so mention any uneven ground in advance.
Do you require a deposit and how can I pay?
We do not usually ask for a deposit. Payment is commonly made on delivery in cash, or by debit or credit card via PayPal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, this must be received at least five working days before your Banbury booking so funds can clear. Cheques cannot be accepted on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to the day before your booking without charge. If severe weather is forecast in Banbury, you can also cancel prior to delivery. Once the equipment has been delivered and set up, the full hire fee becomes payable. In the unlikely event that we cannot attend due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
Can bouncy castles be used in the rain?
Most of our inflatables include built-in shower covers, which means light rain is generally manageable. However, they must not be used during heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions. Safety always takes priority, and we will advise you on the day if conditions are unsuitable.
Are your bouncy castles insured and safety tested?
All of our inflatables are maintained to a high standard, fully safety certified and covered by public liability insurance. We provide clear safety guidance with every hire to ensure children and adults in Banbury can enjoy the equipment appropriately.
Is there an age limit for users?
Most standard children’s castles are suitable for users up to and including 12 years old. Older teenagers and adults should choose from our Adult Bouncy Castles, which are specifically designed for higher weight limits and different usage.
