What is included in the hire fee?

Your hire price includes delivery, full setup, secure anchoring, inflation and later collection. We supply the blower, extension leads, RCD protection and safety mats where required. Clear operating guidance is provided to ensure the inflatable is used appropriately throughout your event.

What do I need to provide on the day?

You will need access to a standard 240v mains power supply within 30 metres of the setup area. The space must be level and cleared of furniture, toys, sharp objects and pet waste before we arrive. We also require two forms of identification, such as a driving licence and a utility bill, as part of the hire agreement.

How much space and access is required?

Each inflatable’s exact dimensions are shown on its product page within All Products. In addition to the listed size, allow at least 4ft clearance at the front and rear and 2ft at each side. We also require an access route of around 3ft wide to transport the equipment safely into position. Castles cannot be installed on noticeable slopes.

What time will you deliver and collect?

Payment is typically made on delivery in cash, or by debit or credit card via PayPal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, it must be received at least five working days before your booking so the funds can clear. Cheques cannot be accepted on the day.
