Is a deposit required and how do I pay?

We do not normally request a deposit. Payment is typically made on delivery in cash, or by debit or credit card via PayPal. If you wish to pay by cheque, it must be received at least five working days before your event so funds can clear. Cheques cannot be accepted on the day.

What happens if the weather forecast is poor?

Most of our inflatables are fitted with built-in shower covers, so light rain is usually manageable. However, they must not be used in heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions. If poor weather is forecast, you may cancel before delivery without charge. Once the inflatable has been delivered and set up, the full hire fee becomes payable.
