What access do you need when delivering in Northampton?

Do I need to prepare the garden before you arrive?
Yes. The installation area should be clear before the delivery team arrives. Remove toys, furniture, sharp objects, branches, stones and anything else that could interfere with the setup.
Please also make sure there is no animal waste on the setup area or access route. Having everything ready helps us complete the installation without unnecessary delays.
What happens if Northampton gets heavy rain on the day?

Yes. Two forms of identification are required as part of the hire agreement. Suitable examples include a driving licence and a recent utility bill.
